The process to generate a travel insurance quote using Prompted Chat

Prompted Chat generates live travel insurance quotes by asking a series of questions via a chat interface. 32 insurers can provide a quote, they are listed here.
The user inputs Prompted Chat requires to generate a live quote are:
- trip destination (country or significant town or city)
- trip departure date
- trip duration (in nights)
- traveller party (solo, couple, group or family)
- the date of birth of each traveller
A user can enter this information in natural language, such as "I'm going to Paris for three nights" and the Prompted system will resolve this input into the required inputs for a quote.
The Prompted system will always respond to and process new quote inputs. If the user is unsure what to do they should enter any inputs that they have not yet shared to generate a quote and a next step.
If a user has shared a partial set of inputs, Prompted will display an indicative quote based on the user's inputs and assumed values. To generate a live quote, the user must add any missing inputs.
What a user does not input
To purchase a travel insurance policy an insurer will first need to know about the travellers medical history and any criminal convictions. Prompted quotes are generated assuming that the traveller has none. Before purchasing the traveller must confirm that this is the case or share relevant details.

What a quote contains
A quote displays 5 policies selected from the 32 insurers on the Prompted panel. These are selected on the basis of being:
- An all rounder (a good level of cover from a recognised brand)
- Highly rated (five star Defaqto rating)
- Low price (lowest price offered by insurer panel)
- Low excess (lowest excess offered by insurer panel)
- High cover (highest cover levels offered by insurer panel)
Each policy displayed shows:
- The insurer
- The policy name
- The Excess
- The Defaqto rating
- The level of Emergency medical cover
- The level of Cancellation cover
- The quoted price
- A purchase link if the quote is complete

To generate a live price, the user must input all required information.
What a live quote looks like
Once all required information is provided by the user, a live price is displayed and the user can click through to visit the Aequotech website, confirm the basis of their quote and purchase the policy.
